The prices stated on this list are valid only for a minimum stay of 7 nights. Included is the final cleaning.
For a dog we charge a supplement of 6,00 € / day and for short stay a supplement of 10,00 € / day.
During the main holiday periods (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival, August), the apartments are only rented at the maximum price.
Starting from 01/01/2024 all prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax* amounting to € 2,10 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure – * mandatory tourist tax as required by law (legge provinciale del 16/05/2012, n. 9)
On arrival you can enter in the apartment at 15 o’clock and at departure please leave the apartment until 9.30 clock. Thank you
Reservation
At the reservation we ask a booking guarantee by bank transfer. So we guarantee the keeping of your reservation. This advance payment will be deducted from the total price. The remaining amount may be paid before you arrive by means of bank transfer or at place of destination in cash.
Booking cancellation and storno conditions
In case of refusal from the guest the booking guarantee will not be refund.
Unfortunately, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code the guests not have a right to withdraw – legal regulations stipulated in Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code Decree 206/2005 – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions (cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB):
– Bookings may be cancelled up to 90 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.
– Cancellations made by guests on or after the 90. day prior to set arrival date are subject to the following cancellation conditions:
Cancellations made from 90 up to 30 days before set arrival date: 50 % of agreed total price
Cancellations made from 30 up to 7 days before set arrival date: 70 % of agreed total price
Cancellations made after 7 days before set arrival date: 90 % of agreed total price
In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged. Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
